Tetelestai

"It is finished". More loving words have never been spoken. As Jesus proclaimed "Tetestai" from the cross He knew that His assignment here on earth had been fulfilled. He had taken our sins to the cross. That we would forever be forgiven.

This morning we say 'tetelestai' to our time here in New Jersey with all the love we possess. With hearts heavy for home and heavy with love for the people we have encountered, we say farewell. We know that one day we will see your smiling faces at the gates of heaven, but our hope is that we see you again long before.

As we go, know that you are cherished! The world teaches us that strangers are people to be feared and avoided, but Jesus teaches is that there are no strangers, only brothers and sisters. We chose to follow Jesus!

So, until we meet again. May the love, peace, grace and faithfulness of our Lord and Savior cover you!
